AC Isolation Switch

AC Isolation Switch: ZSEE G4 series is developed and designed with a modular concept. The switch body is assembled using dedicated modules and a new exterior design, reducing the exposure of metal components and improving operational safety. The modular design facilitates disassembly and assembly, making it suitable for various requirements and applications.

The AC isolation switch is suitable for low-voltage distribution networks with AC 50/60Hz, a rated operating voltage of AC380V, AC690V, AC800V, or AC1000V, and a rated operating current of 80A-1250A. It can perform on-load switching of the corresponding rated current and withstand short-term overload currents.

The AC isolation switch can be used as the main power switch, isolation switch for maintenance, and emergency stop switch in buildings, power plants, photovoltaic installations, and petrochemical factories.

Certification

The ZSEE G4 series isolation switch is certified by RoHS and CE standards.

Product Features

Safe Isolation

  1. Visual Window: The position of the moving contact is clearly visible, providing a higher level of safety assurance.
  2. “0” Position Lock: The handle can be locked in the zero position to prevent misuse.
  3. Dual-Break Contact Structure: Ensures a safe isolation distance, meeting reliable isolation requirements.
  4. Dual Spring Operating Mechanism: The dual-spring energy storage mechanism enables quick switching, independent of operating speed.

Reliable Application

  1. Load-Bearing Operation: For products with voltage up to AC1000V, some categories can still reach AC-23A.
  2. Modular Structure Design: The product consists of single-pole modules and operating mechanism modules, allowing for multiple positions and improving space utilization.
  3. Operating Methods: Multiple operating methods are available, including front panel internal operation, front panel external operation, and side operation.
  4. Expandable Accessories: A variety of accessories can be provided, including motor-operated modules, auxiliary contact modules, uninterrupted neutral modules, conversion modules, fuse base modules, etc. Different combinations enable the product to expand into motor-operated isolation switches, isolation switch-fuse combinations, manual transfer switches, and other electrical products.
  5. Flexible Mounting Angles: The bracket can be installed horizontally or vertically, better adapting to on-site installation conditions.

Product Selection

Note:

  1. The operating mechanism position for the 1250A AC product cannot be selected; it is only applicable to 3-pole (left 1, right 2) and 4-pole (left 2, right 2) configurations.
  2. Side operation and auxiliary contacts cannot be selected simultaneously.
