SATA II High-Speed Interface NAND Flash Solid State Drive, with built-in USB 2.0 transfer interface, can be used not only as an internal drive for traditional computers and laptops but also as a USB external mobile hard drive. This solution is delivered in a Turnkey mode, which means it can be put into production and sold to end-users immediately after delivery. Fully compatible with SATA and USB standards, it can be applied to computers with high read/write speed requirements. The innovative eight-channel design provides ultra-high bandwidth flash access rates and drives NAND flash chips at maximum read/write speed.
Product Introduction
This solution uses the JMF602 series chip, supporting various popular flashes, including NAND Flash chips from Toshiba, Samsung, Hynix, STMicroelectronics, Intel, and Micron Technology. It integrates an embedded hardware error correction engine and powerful bad block management technology, suitable for various computer storage applications. Additionally, it features dynamic and static write leveling functions to maximize lifespan.
