Isolation Switch
The isolation switch: ZSEE G1(GL) series (hereinafter referred to as “switch”) is a product meticulously developed by our company. The switch is suitable for AC 50Hz with two rated voltages, 380V and 690V, and rated current up to 4000A. It is used for infrequent connection and disconnection of circuits. The 690V product is used for electrical isolation. It is widely used in power distribution and automation systems across industries such as construction, electricity, petrochemicals, and others.
The modular design structure offers flexible and diverse combinations. The casing is made from unsaturated polyester fiberglass reinforced molding compound (DMC), providing high dielectric performance, protection, and reliable operational safety.
The operating mechanism is a spring-energy stored, instant release acceleration mechanism, enabling instantaneous connection and disconnection with a double-breaking contact structure. The switching speed is independent of the handle’s operation speed, enhancing the electrical and mechanical performance.
Various structures and operation modes are available, including windows for directly observing the contact status, both internal and external cabinet operation, front or side operation, and rear-panel wiring.
- The switch features a beautiful, simple design, compact size, and full functionality.
- The switch is suitable for AC 50Hz, with two rated voltages of 380V and 690V, and rated current up to 4000A. It is used for infrequent connection and disconnection of circuits.
Product Features
- The spring-energy stored instant release acceleration mechanism enables fast connection or disconnection, independent of the handle’s operation speed, enhancing arc-quenching capability.
- The casing, made of unsaturated polyester fiberglass reinforced molding compound (DMC), offers excellent flame retardant properties, dielectric performance, carbonization resistance, and impact resistance.
- Horizontal pull-apart technology with parallel double-breaking, double-bridge spring-loaded contact structure.
- All contact materials are silver-plated copper alloys, featuring two separate contact surfaces.
- In the “0” position, the handle can be locked with up to three locks, reliably preventing misoperation.
