Isolation Switch Fuse Group

The input text is a technical description of the ZSEE H1 (GLR) series disconnector fuse assemblies. Below is the English translation:

Disconnector Fuse Assembly: ZSEE H1 (GLR) series (hereinafter referred to as the switch) is a multi-pole, manually operated switch made with unsaturated polyester glass fiber reinforced molded plastic (DMC), which provides high dielectric performance, protection, and reliable operational safety.

The operating mechanism is a spring energy storage, instantaneous release acceleration mechanism, which enables instant on/off switching with a multi-breakpoint contact structure. The speed of the handle operation does not affect the performance, improving both electrical and mechanical properties.

The disconnector fuse assembly ensures load switching on and off, and when equipped with a fuse, it provides reliable overcurrent or short-circuit protection with safe interruption. It also has excellent resistance to damp heat.

The ZSEE H1 (GLR) series products have obtained the self-declaration (CCC) certification certificate.

Product Features

  1. The spring energy storage instantaneous release acceleration mechanism enables fast switching on or off, independent of the speed of the operating handle, improving arc extinction capability.
  2. The housing made of unsaturated polyester glass fiber reinforced molded plastic (DMC) offers good flame retardant properties, dielectric performance, and operational safety.
  3. The multi-breakpoint parallel contacts have a self-cleaning function.
  4. It ensures reliable load switching on or off with dependable overcurrent and short-circuit protection.
  5. Fuse replacement is safer, more convenient, and faster.

The ZSEE H1 (GLR) Series Disconnector Fuse Assembly Conforms to the Following Standards

Operating Environment and Usage

Operating Environment: The ZSEE H1 (GLR) disconnector fuse assembly works reliably under the following conditions:

  • Altitude does not exceed 2000 meters;
  • Ambient temperature not higher than +40°C, not lower than -5°C;
  • At +40°C, relative humidity does not exceed 50%;
  • Special measures should be taken to prevent condensation due to occasional temperature variations;
  • Non-explosive environments;
  • No exposure to rain or snow;
  • Pollution degree of 3.

Usage: AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 380V, rated current 32A to 1250A. Suitable for infrequent circuit switching. 690V products are suitable for electrical isolation.
