Miniature Circuit Breaker
Miniature Circuit Breaker: ZSEE B series, suitable for circuits with a rated voltage up to 400V and a rated current up to 125A, used for overcurrent protection of circuit facilities and electrical equipment in buildings and similar places. It can also be used for infrequent switching operations.
Compliance Standards
National Standards
GB 10963 “Overcurrent Protection Circuit Breakers for Household and Similar Places”
GB 14048.2 “Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear: Circuit Breakers”
GB 14048.3 “Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear: Switches, Isolators, Switch-Disconnectors, and Fuse-Combination Units”
GB 16917.1 “Residual Current Operated Circuit Breakers with Overcurrent Protection for Household and Similar Uses (RCBO)”
Environmental Conditions and Applications
- The installation location’s altitude does not exceed 2000m;
- Ambient air temperature is between -5℃ and +40℃, with the average temperature over 24 hours not exceeding +35℃;
- At a temperature of +40℃, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%, and at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed, such as 90% at +20℃;
- Pollution level 2 (i.e., “non-conductive pollution under normal conditions, but temporary conductivity due to condensation has been considered”);
- Vertical installation with a tolerance of ±5°;
- Terminal devices are installed on TH35-7 type mounting rails.
Product Features
-
Ensuring Short-Circuit Breaking Capacity
The miniature circuit breaker product has a maximum short-circuit breaking capacity of 10kA. -
Ensuring Quick Disconnection
In the event of a short circuit, the breaker can disconnect quickly without interference from power supply conditions or selective interference from instantaneous characteristic curves, ensuring the protection of personnel, electrical equipment, and circuits. -
Vertical Installation Stability on DIN Rails
After the MCB is installed onto the DIN rail, the molded plastic component (mounting clip) attached to the bottom of the miniature circuit breaker improves its vertical stability, eliminating torsional stress and counteracting force on the breaker. Comparing breakers between competitors, differences in mounting clip design play a significant role. -
Unique Mounting Clip for Securing and Removing Miniature Circuit Breakers on DIN Rails
The unique mounting clip allows for both normal fastening on the DIN rail and easy removal of the miniature circuit breaker from a row of devices without needing to disconnect the entire connection circuit.
Other features: The clip does not detach from the main body of the miniature circuit breaker, and no additional accessories such as stainless steel springs are required.
-
Strong Terminal Positioning
After riveting, the terminal can move freely up and down. There is a good locking mechanism for the torque of the screw, preventing the terminal post from rotating arbitrarily. When the terminal screw is loosened, it will not fall out of the housing. -
Terminals Can Accommodate Large Cross-Sectional Wires
Solid wires with a cross-sectional area of 25mm² and stranded wires with a cross-sectional area of 16mm² can carry a current of up to 63A. When installing large cross-sectional wires for high-current input, additional terminals are not required.
